Looking for a female professional to join me on a September 1st lease of a 2 bedroom in Jamaica Plain! The apartment is located on a fairly quiet street right off of South Street/ Center Street, is walking distance from plenty of restaurants, a CVS, and the T. It is perfect for someone commuting into downtown Boston (like myself). The apartment has: In-unit laundry living room, dining room front porch back porch large back yard The unit is on the 3rd floor of a triple-decker. Both bedrooms are the same decent size, at least big enough for a full or queen bed and a dresser. I will be supplying most if not all of the common space furniture but there may be some room if you have something to contribute! About me: I am a professional 25-year-old female working at a nonprofit and am Boston bred! I prefer to keep common spaces clean (especially the kitchen) but am not a neat freak. My boyfriend lives in the area and will on average be spending a few nights a week over at the apartment. I am making a concerted effort to cook more but definitely enjoy eating out; I’m excited to explore what JP has to offer! During weeknights, I like to keep it low key but do not mind having guests over. Other than the occasional dinner party or game night I like to socialize outside the home.
