I am a male in my Forties.I live in a 3rd floor apt that consists of the following : 4 bedrooms,a shared living room,a shared bathroom,a shared kitchen and a back porch.I work the grave yard shift(Mon-Fri). I also work a second job over the weekends, so with that being said, if you are a person that works the 9-5 shift during the week or is in school during the day hours, there should be plenty of 'alone' time for each roommate. There will be up to 4. The Apt is fully Furnished (although I will require you to bring your own bedding's i.e blanket ,bed sheets, pillow cases e.t.c, for a FULL size bed ) The rent covers all utilities which includes gas/heat,electricity, water,wireless internet,cable.There is plenty of free "street" parking and for an extra fee,a 'shared' off street parking spot can be arranged. The location sits on the Bus line between forest hills 'T' station to the North which is about 10 minutes by bus and the commuter rail train station to the South, which is about 7 minutes away. I am looking for one more person besides myself and two others to occupy my last room. I am particularly looking for a person who is non-smoking, clean, quite and has a reasonable respect for others and is 'Focused' on career goals. Please be advised that it is ONE PERSON PER ROOM , NO COUPLES OR CHILDREN PLEASE .Further more No partying or "hanging out with the Crew" will be permitted while your roommates are not at home.
