I am looking for a female grad student or young professional to fill a room in my apartment as of August 1st. I live in Brighton Center, it's a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Rent is $2150 ($1075 each) heat and hot water included. The apartment is close to public transportation-- both the green line and bus lines. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to restaurants and shops, and easily accessible to adjacent neighborhoods. There is street parking available nearby and parking spaces available to rent. Laundry is located in the building. The apartment itself has a very nice large kitchen, separate living room, and large bedrooms. There is also plenty of closet space within the apartment for storage. I am 26, full time professional. I am originally from Maryland. I moved to Boston for Grad School which I completed in 2015, but I am continuing to take a few extra night classes during the week. I am an easy going person. I like to keep things clean in the apartment, but would not consider myself a neat freak at all, just conscious about cleaning up after myself in common spaces and would like to live with someone who can do the same and share responsibilities. I love fitness, any type of work out class and going for runs. I love cooking and hanging out during the week nights. I rarely drink, and I am not a partier. I do like casually hanging out with friends and grabbing bites to eat. I am looking for someone to live with who does not do drugs or smoke, and someone who I can be friendly with and get along with in the apartment.
